Sharing your results: widgets, portfolios, privacy controls and the anti-copy delay

Show a verified record on your site or MQL5 listing without leaking live trades: widgets, portfolios, section visibility, open-position modes and reveal delay.
What you are sharing, and what you are not
A public ConfirmedTrades account page is a verified record, not a live feed of your positions. The controls below let you decide how much of the detail is visible, while the verified totals and headline stats stay public. That split is what makes a link to your page worth more than a screenshot: a visitor can trust the numbers precisely because you cannot edit them, and you can still keep your entries private.
Three visibility states
Every account and every portfolio has one of three states. Private is visible only to you. Link is accessible to anyone who has the URL but does not appear in Rankings, Explore or search; it is the right setting while you are still building a record or only want specific people to see it. Public is listed everywhere. Publishing cascades: your user profile, the account and any portfolio containing it each have their own setting, and the page warns you when a parent setting is limiting a child.
Your links are built on a permanent ID, so renaming the account, your handle or the slug never breaks a URL you have already shared.
Hide, reorder, and the Glance exception
From the owner bar on your account page you can hide individual analytics sections and drag them into the order you want visitors to read. Hidden sections are simply not rendered for visitors, though you and site admins still see them.
The Glance hub at the top is exempt from hiding. It always shows the core performance and risk figures, the money-and-scale column in real currency, the growth chart and the month calendar. That exemption is deliberate: a record that could hide its drawdown would not be a verified record. If you want a preview of exactly what a visitor gets, use the What Public Sees view.
Open positions: none, minimal or full
Open positions are the most copy-sensitive data you have. You choose one of three modes: hidden entirely, symbol and direction only, or full detail with entry price and size. Symbol-and-direction is a good middle ground for a signal seller; it shows visitors that the account is active without handing over an entry.
The reveal delay on closed trades
Even closed trades can be copied if they are shown fast enough, because a strategy that holds for hours leaks its next entry through its last exit. The reveal delay withholds individual closed trades from visitors for 1, 6, 12 or 24 hours after they close. The delay runs on the platform's clock from when the trade was received, not on the broker's timestamp, so it cannot be gamed by terminal time settings.
Totals are never delayed. Your gain, drawdown, Score and calendar update as soon as the trade syncs; only the trade-level rows wait. Visitors see a note that recent trades are delayed, which is itself a signal that the account is traded live.
Choosing trade-table columns
You pick which columns the public trade history shows and how many rows. Symbol, direction, times, lots and profit are the usual core; commission and swap help cost-conscious readers; magic number and comment let viewers tell your EAs apart and confirm a trading-privileges check. You can cap the table at a number of most-recent rows, or hide it entirely and rely on the aggregate sections.
Widgets: your record on your own site
A widget is a small live card of your account or portfolio that you embed on your website, store page or forum signature. It shows live data from your verified page, and a visitor can click through to the full profile to check the verification, account type and drawdown. The number of widgets depends on your plan, and paid plans can remove the ConfirmedTrades branding.
Widgets link back to the page rather than reproducing all of it, so the privacy settings above apply to what a visitor sees after clicking. Link your profile from your MQL5 listing for the same reason: buyers get the full verified page rather than an image.
Portfolios: several accounts, one page
A portfolio rolls several of your accounts into one public page with combined growth, a monthly switcher, per-member sparklines and its own widget and share URL. It is useful when you run the same Expert Advisor on several brokers, or want to present a strategy family as one thing. A portfolio has its own Private, Link or Public state and its own custom theme for the showcase page.
Custom Analysis for visitors
When enabled, the Custom Analysis button lets a visitor filter your trades by date, symbol, magic number, lot size, weekday and hour, and see every metric recomputed for that subset. It costs you nothing and it is the strongest trust signal you can offer, because a serious buyer will use it to check that your results survive without the best month and the best symbol. If you are confident in the record, turn it on.

Do it in one place
On ConfirmedTrades, every published account shows its verification badges, an AI strategy analysis that flags martingale, grid and missing stop-losses, the full drawdown and risk stats, and execution costs per symbol — so you can vet a strategy before you trust it, or prove your own.
