About ConfirmedTrades
ConfirmedTrades is an independent platform for verifying and showcasing real trading performance. We turn a live trading account into a track record that others can actually trust — not a screenshot, not a claim. Our aim is simple: make it the place where an EA or trading system is proven on real money, so developers can show a genuine edge and buyers can evaluate an EA before they buy it.
The problem we solve
In trading, a track record is easy to fake. Screenshots can be edited, results cherry-picked, and losing months quietly deleted. If you sell or follow a strategy — or a MetaTrader Expert Advisor (EA) — it’s almost impossible to tell a genuinely good system from a good story. That asymmetry costs traders money and lets bad actors thrive.
How we fix it
We take performance data straight from the source. Our lightweight connector streams trades, deposits and equity directly from the MetaTrader terminal — nothing is typed in or editable after the fact. Every account carries a clear label for how its data was obtained:
- Live-synced — streamed automatically from a live terminal.
- Broker-verified — independently cross-checked against the broker.
- Heartbeat — every connected account pings us from its terminal, so you can see whether the system behind a track record is actually alive right now, and owners can be alerted the moment it stops.
We also show exactly what kind of account a track record comes from — Real, Demo or Contest, plus its base currency (USD, EUR, cents, …). It matters: a demo still pays spread, swap and commission and still slips, but the slippage is usually lighter than on real money, so the same strategy can look better than it would live. You always know whether you’re looking at real-money performance.
On top of that we compute 20+ metrics and a single transparent ConfirmedTrades Score (0–100), so systems can be compared on merit instead of marketing. You can put any of your own accounts side by side with the accounts of traders you follow — growth is time-weighted, so a small account and a large one are judged on equal footing. Comparing strategies honestly is part of what the platform is for.
